Coach Romeo CrennelROMEO CRENNEL - EAST COACH

Romeo Crennel spent 28 years as an NFL coach, which included a four-season stint as head coach of the Cleveland Browns from 2005 to 2008. His best season in Cleveland was 2007, when Crennel and the Browns finished 10-6 and set a franchise record with seven home wins in a row.

Crennel won five Super Bowls as an assistant coach. He guided the New England Patriots’ defense to world championships in 2001, 2003 and 2004 as defensive coordinator under Bill Belichick. Crennel was named the NFL’s Assistant Coach of the Year in 2003.

Crennel’s other Super Bowl wins came in 1986 and 1990, when he was an assistant with the New York Giants and Bill Parcells.


Coach Marty SchottenheimerMARTY SCHOTTENHEIMER - WEST COACH

Marty Schottenheimer spent 21 seasons as an NFL head coach for four teams. His head coaching experience began in 1984 with the Cleveland Browns, where he won three division crowns in five seasons with the Browns.   

His head coaching career continued from 1989-1998 with the Kansas City Chiefs. In 10 seasons, Schottenheimer and the Chiefs finished first or second in their division in all but one year.

After spending one season in Washington, Schottenheimer wrapped up his NFL coaching career in San Diego from 2002-2006. Schottenheimer was named NFL Coach of the Year by the Associated Press in 2004, after winning the AFC West title with a 12-4 record.

Schottenheimer is currently an NFL analyst on Sirius satellite radio.
