Fifty All-stars proven at 2018 NFL Scouting Combine

Fifty top college football players from the 93rd East-West Shrine Game participated this past week at the 2018 NFL Scouting Combine held at Lucas Oil Field in Indianapolis. Out of roughly 300 total players invited, the fifty East-West Shrine Game alumni proved worthy of the challenge, furthering their goals to make a final NFL roster this season.

Some 100 East-West rookies rank as strong candidates for NFL training camps this spring. Last season, more than 90 players from the 92nd East-West Shrine Game received invitations to training camps, and 70 of those players made final rosters with NFL teams. This season is off to an equally strong start suggesting another impressive rookie season for East-West players in the NFL. On average, each season NFL rosters include more than 300 East-West Shrine Game alumni.

Follow the journey and cheer on your East-West All-stars as they continue to fight for their spot in the NFL this season. Follow East-West Shrine Game news and updates on Facebook (facebook.com/shrinegame) and Twitter (twitter.com/shrine_game) @Shrine_Game
